Employer: ManpowerGroup Solutions Sp. z o.o.Tasks:

• Coordinate the creation and implementation of new and updated packaging and labeling artwork using an Artwork Management System

• Initiate artwork for production and prepare mock-ups required for regulatory submissions

• Review artwork using available electronic tools and manage the final approval process with Local Operating Companies in line with agreed timelines

• Maintain accurate data in relevant systems and monitor key metrics related to packaging material implementation

• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Product Artwork, Supply Chain, and internal/external packaging sites to ensure timely Health Authority implementation while minimizing stock and component write-offs

• Perform and/or coordinate Quality Checks (QC) of local Product Information to ensure compliance and accuracy

• Ensure clear and effective communication with local stakeholders throughout the review and approval process

Required skills and qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role related to Regulatory Affairs Artwork 

• Experience working in a global organization and/or within virtual, cross-functional teams is an advantage

• Proficient level of English

• Strong cultural awareness and the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural setting

• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strict adherence to deadlines are essential

• Good proficiency in computer systems, particularly MS Office tools, including Excel

• Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset
