Tactical Buyer

Job Tasks:

1. Purchase Order processing and placement.
2. Confirming supplier receipt of purchase orders and ability of a supplier to meet delivery dates.
3. Conducting expedites of materials when required.
4. Inputting and managing SAP Procurement items in accordance with corporate policies.
5. Ensuring supplier delivery and invoicing to accomplish the Resale sales forecast.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or related discipline
2. Procurement experience (SAP)
3. English (spoken and written) fluent
4. Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
5. Strong communication and presentation skills
6. Operates with the minimal supervision
7. Able to be effective in a remote, global, and matrixed environment
8. Apply a continuous improvement mindset, assist in managing continuous improvement efforts, and take part in projects as needed
9. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
10. Travel is less than 10% and not typically required for this role

Offer:

1. Contract for 6 months
