Senior IT Recruiter

As an IT Recruiter, your primary role will be to source and attract the best IT candidates ensuring their skills and experience align seamlessly with our clients' needs. Operating from our Warsaw office, you’ll work closely with our Business Managers, who will provide you with in-depth insights into our client expectations to guide your recruitment strategy

As an IT Recruiter in MARGO you will:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top IT specialists for the company. This includes crafting compelling job descriptions, creating job ads, proactive sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, guiding candidates throughout the recruitment journey, presenting offers, and handling salary negotiations

• Explore and implement innovative strategies to attract high-quality candidates

• Strengthen our company's image and engage in Employer Branding

• Continuously improve your work and suggest ideas to drive growth of the HR Department and the company as a whole

• Support HR projects

• Work closely with all team members

You are a perfect fit for this job if:

• You have at least 4 years of experience in IT recruitment (end-to-end)

• You are driven and determined to connect with candidates

• Your English skills are excellent, and you’re comfortable using them in a professional setting

• You have strong organizational skills and can manage your workload effectively to achieve your goals

• Your excellent interpersonal abilities allow you to work well in a team

• You approach your work with professionalism and a deep sense of responsibility

• You are motivated, with a natural eagerness to learn and grow
