· A 3-year accelerated career development program during which you will hold responsible positions within three annual rotations in three different departments.

· Each subsequent role will be selected according to your aspirations and individual career development path, providing you with the appropriate knowledge, experience, and tools to accelerate your managerial career.

Who are we looking for?

We want people willing to expand their leadership skills while developing business knowledge. You must have a passion for managing people and a love of business, as well as:

· Up to 5 years of professional experience

· Fluent English

· Aspirations for continuous development, ability to learn quickly, and ease of adapting to new environments

· Mobility - ready for relocation within the framework of subsequent rotations.
