Engineer Factory Innovation (f/m/x)

Location: Janaszówek near Sochaczew

***hybrid work 50/50***


Join our Delivery System organization as a Factory Innovation Engineer! In this key role, you will lead the technical implementation of regional innovation, value leadership, and supply security projects in our factories. You will bridge the gap between the factory and regional R&D teams, utilizing your expertise in process control statistics and Six Sigma methodologies.


What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Implement product projects on site using PLM (Design for Vertical Start-up) and manage Factory Innovation deliverables.

  • Apply Six Sigma tools and methodologies to support project implementation.

  • Act as R&D Technical Project Lead for assigned Delivery System (DS) change projects.

  • Collaborate with Regional and Global R&D teams to develop robust process technology specifications.

  • Work with Supply Operations, Engineering, Supply, Commercial, and other DS teams to implement innovation, value leadership, and supply security projects.

  • Support new supplier and material translation at site for DS programs, including trial and start-up execution.

  • Contribute to key business management processes and forums (S&OP, Quest, DQP's, Technical Design Reviews, QMP's).

  • Ensure Factory Innovation process meets project timelines and scope is delivered on time and in full.


What are we looking for?

  • 5+ years of experience gained in similar role in a relevant industry.

  • Strong R&D or/and Value Stream or/and Operations background.

  • Deep technical knowledge and experience in executing projects in the factory environment.

  • Minimum BSc or master’s degree or equivalent in Science/Engineering/Food Science/Technology/Packaging or related subject area.

  • Fluent Polish and very good English required.

  • Green belt Six Sigma minimum.

  • Well-developed project and process management skills with advanced problem-solving abilities.

  • Proven track record building collaborative relationships and engaging others.
