What will be your key responsibilities?

• Provide strategic regulatory guidance to internal partners on existing and new regulations, managing technical regulatory issues effectively.
• Stay informed on key regulatory developments through active engagement in industry events and trade associations to assess potential impacts on our operations.
• Develop and execute external regulatory influencing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders within a complex cluster organization.
• Represent the company in external engagements to influence policy and legislation alignment with our strategic positions, seizing growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance in the market by overseeing internal processes and practices, continuously enhancing them to align with laws and regulations.
• Lead significant SRA projects with regional or global implications, demonstrating strategic leadership.

What are we looking for?

• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• Business acumen and ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with diverse teams and locations, fostering engagement and dedication to success.
• Proficiency in English (written & spoken) and the language of the cluster country.
• Ideally familiar with systems, tools, and digital enablers.
• Demonstrates organizational savvy, decision-making quality, and attention to detail.
