Planning Transformation Change Manager

Hybrid – 2 days onsite

You will be leading the Change Management for the Pet Care Europe Planning Programme, with focus on the Mars Europe Operating Model project. You will be responsible for the design and delivery of the change programme, ensuring successful adoption of the Programme by the Pet Nutrition Europe organisation.

What are we looking for?

• Supply chain leadership experience, with deep expertise in end-to-end planning processes across demand and supply
• Deep operational experience and expertise in implementing large scope transformation or leading supply chain organizations in complex businesses
• Demonstrated experience of building capability on a large scale
• Strong project management and change management acumen
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to communicate comfortably with Senior Leadership
• Ability to generate enthusiasm and organizational buy-In behind transformation

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Bring extensive functional expertise and leadership to the implementation of the European Enterprise Planning Target Operating Model (End-to-End Supply Chain)
• Create the ‘from’ and ‘to’ states across process, organisational design & technology to engage Senior Stakeholders
• Creates change management and communication strategies based on business requirements and best industry practices
• Lead implementation of training and change management initiatives across the organisation
