Currently, for our Business Partner with over 30 years of experience, one of the world's


leading manufacturers of sailing and motor yachts, a company with German capital


combining the latest technology with traditional yacht construction, we are looking for a


candidate for the position:



Reporting & Business Intelligence Specialist - new position in the company


Location: remote work + arrival once a month to Szczecin/Goleniów or Greifswald - to be agreed/ flexibility




Responsibilities:


  • Lead the development of the reporting infrastructure based on Qlik in line with documented requirements,
  • Regularly determine and evaluate business-relevant metrics from departmental data sources,
  • Provide content and methodological support for requirements specification and business design to develop insightful actionable dashboards, reports and analytics,
  • Implementation, optimization and operation of reports and dashboards for the business functions and the Group,
  • Liase with business stakeholders,
  • Assist in the design, enhancement, and implementation of required data models,
  • Execution of data analyses and data quality checks based on the data warehouse,
  • Training of end users ,
  • Cooperation with the team in Poland and Germany (2 Controller in Germany, 2 Controller in Poland, 1 Project Manager - one Head of Controlling).



Requirements:


  • University education (preferably Business and IT),
  • Knowledge of Qlik as an advantages - the possibility of training Qlik in the absence of knowledge
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a reporting & BI related position,
  • Enjoy optimizing processes and developing innovative solutions,
  • Entrepreneurial thinking,
  • Reliable support for popular ERP and reporting systems is an additional advantage,
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel,
  • Communicative English,
  • Proactivity and focus on achieving goals,
  • High communication skills and openness,
  • Focus on problem solving,
  • High cultural standards.
