For over 3 years, we’ve successfully trained and placed Polish students in 5 IT professions.

Now, we are looking for a cool Java Mentor to work part-time hourly (late evenings + a few hours on weekends).

The main task of the role is to help students learn the material effectively in the learning process, so that everyone can find a job after completing our Java course.

Your tasks will be:

• Checking the homework of our Java students
• Answering students' questions in chat and on Google meet calls (Q&A)
• Conducting trial technical interviews for students (Techcheck)
• Improving our learning process

What will you need to succeed:

• 1 year of commercial experience as a Java Developer
• Upper-intermediate English level and native Polish (reading/writing/speaking)
• Strong analytical, investigation, and troubleshooting skills, proactive, and innovative.

3. Tech interview - 45 minutes
