Now we're building our UK team.We're looking for Sales Consultants who want to sell something that genuinely helps families, work with warm leads only, and actually influence parents' decisions for the better.

What you'd be doing?

• Calling and emailing parents who've already signed up on our platform but haven't committed yet

• Having real conversations, not pushy pitches

• Helping parents find:

  • The right teacher for their child

  • The right package of lessons

  • A realistic plan that gets results

• Using our CRM (Creatio)

• Building trust and showing genuine value

• Getting good at sales and negotiation – we treat it as a skill you learn, not something you're born with

Nice to have

Native-level English (B2–C1) – you sound natural, not translated

B2C sales experience

Actually care about education and helping kids

Knowledge of UK schools (GCSEs, A-Levels)

Empathy and good chatting skills – parents warm to you quickly

CRM experience

Drive and ambition – you want to earn well

Used to working remotely
