Fixed Term Contract for 12 months

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Create and maintain compliant Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for new and existing products.

·       Ensure correct hazard classification and labeling in line with GHS/CLP/REACH.

·       Provide SDS documentation to internal teams and external stakeholders.

·       Act as a key contact for SDS compliance, working closely with vendors and cross-functional teams.

·       Lead Quarterly Updates for EMEA and NA, including planning, testing, IT coordination, and issue resolution.

·       Manage strategic customers or regulatory projects, leading cross-functional teams to resolve compliance issues.

·       Identify and communicate process improvements to management.

·       Deliver internal trainings and provide regular status and progress reports.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

·       University degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Health & Safety, or a related technical field.

·       Proven experience in the Food or Chemical industry.

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with a process-improvement mindset.

·       Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask and work with urgency.

·       Clear and confident communicator; able to collaborate effectively across functions.

·       Fluent English; additional languages (French, Spanish, Italian) are a plus.

·       Advanced computer literacy (Excel, SAP, Outlook; Lotus Notes desirable).

·       Familiarity with GHS, CLP, and REACH regulations.

·       Ability to work in a 2-shift pattern (9-17; 14-22).
