The Business Development team is concerned with efforts to grow and develop the organization in the area of AI-enabled cardiac diagnostics.
On a daily basis, we look for new opportunities and business partners. We work with foreign clients, as well as with doctors and opinion leaders in the medical world (especially electrophysiology). We follow the activities of our competitors and constantly improve our solutions to adapt our corporate strategy to changing market conditions
Requirements
Fluency in English C1/C2
Experience in sourcing international business partners and/or international sales in a medical and healthcare related industry is a prerequisite
Minimum of 4 years proven experience in B2B high-tech sales or in a position with similar responsibilities
Analytical skills and experience in assessing prospective foreign markets and potential business partners
Skill in developing sales budgets and a proven track record in meeting them
Ability and ease in building business relationships at executive level (C-Level) but also in the medical community
Experience in consultative sales, offering medical technology as a service (Medical Device as a Service, Software as a Service)
Experience of daily work on CRM systems
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Interest in new technologies
Ability to cooperate with people within the organisation
Very good organisation of own work, independence, proactivity
Experience in presenting advanced technologies
A desire to acquire knowledge and improve one's competence
Strong goal orientation
Be ready to travel abroad

Experience in selling software, technology in the area of AI in the health sector
Responsibilities
Executing the company's sales strategy and planning and implementing the sales budget
Identifying new markets for solutions developed by the company
Establishing business and commercial relations on the international market in the area of advanced medical technologies in order to attract new customers and business partners
Executing business development strategies, preparing offers and conducting trade negotiations
Monitoring and analyzing market data on the segment, potential customers, activities of competitors
Taking care of the company's key foreign clients and continuously monitoring and supporting business growth
Defining clients' needs and advising on proposed solutions
Establishing close relations with doctors, opinion leaders, scientists
Participation in trade fairs and industry events
Cooperating with the Management Board and other employees in the company to maximize sales value
