Reports to: Senior HR Business Partner / Office Manager
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Intern HR & Office Assistant to support our daily HR and office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate who wants to gain hands‑on experience in HR, administration, and office coordination.
You will work closely with the HR & Payroll team, Office Management, and employees across different locations. If you are proactive, well‑organized, and eager to grow your HR and administrative skills, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
HR Support
Maintain and update employee lists and documentation.
Manage employee document flow between offices and the HR & Payroll team.
Support onboarding processes: preparing documents, coordinating introductions, and scheduling trainings.
Assist with recruitment administration, including scheduling interviews and communication with candidates.
Office & Administration Support
Support daily office operations in the main office and communicate with other locations.
Help coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and documents between departments.
Prepare simple reports, forms, and employee lists.
Assist in keeping Health & Safety documentation and employee records up to date.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or current student in HR, Administration, or related field.
Good English skills (B2+).
Strong organizational and communication abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information.
High attention to detail.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Friendly, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
