Talent Acquisition Specialist with German & English

You will be mainly responsible for recruitment and sourcing activities.

You will also participate in the onboarding of new employees.

Your tasks: 

• Leading E2E recruitment process: 
• Intake meeting: gather candidate requirements from the Hiring Managers,
• Setting up an efficient recruitment strategy,
• Preparing job advertisement: jobads, jobboards, Linkedin & other social media,
• Sourcing candidates for various positions,
• Selecting of the right applicants,
• Participating in recruitment interviews and coordination of the different stages of the process,
• Participating in preparing an adequate remuneration package,
• Extending the offer to candidate, including negotiations,
• Recruiting using ATS system “Avature” and updating it on ongoing basis,
• Internal & external TA communication, including promoting internal recruitment,
• Participating in the onboarding of new hires,
• Participating in training & development process,
• Employer branding activities, to support the METTLER TOLEDO brand.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition area (recruitment),
• Proficiency in German and English language (both written & spoken),
• Excellent planning and organizing skills with attention to details, 
• Team player, well organized, 
• Confidentiality and attentiveness to the protection of personal data (GDPR), as you will be working with HR data,
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
