    We are looking for a commercial and analytical individual with strong communication skills who is fluent in Polish to join our team as a Publisher Success Manager for the Polish market. This role will involve managing a portfolio of clients, contributing to our overall margin growth, and providing direction to the EMEA Team while connecting with our clients in Poland.

    What You'll Do

    • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key publishers in the market
    • Daily monitoring and maintaining a steady flow of traffic coming from the top clients
    • Optimisation to achieve a positive revenue balance or minimize the losses from the cooperation
    • Constantly being in contact with the publisher to support and respond to needs from the client's side
    • Negotiations regarding new ways of monetization and possible tests of new monetization solutions
    • Work in close cooperation with the internal team globally within the department and across departments


    Who You Are:

    • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role within the digital media or online publishing sector
    • Excellent relationship management and customer service skills, dedicated to exceeding client expectations
    • Strong communication skills, and efficient interaction with different personality types
    • Deep understanding of the Polish digital market
    • Verifiable track record of closing major deals with publishers or advertisers
    • Strong analytical abilities to gather business insights by monitoring and interpreting data trends
    • Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, International Relations, International Business, Communications preferred but not required);
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel or Google Sheets.
    • Fluent in Polish and English.


    Will be a plus:

    • Experience in Client Service roles;
    • Connections with local publishers, media groups, and arm contacts in Poland
    • Experience with Native Advertising is a strong plus
