About Our Client

For our Client, an international manufacturing company, we are currently looking for an experience and motivated finance professional to hold a position of Finance Manager. The purpose of this role is to manage the finance department (accounting and controlling) of manufacturing legal entity. As a Finance Manager you will be responsible for cooperation with other functions (as procurement, logistic, production, commercial etc.) with high level of interference as well as setting up, control and enhancing the business processes. Company location: south-east from Radom/north-east from Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski.


Job Description

  • Leading and developing the finance function within the organization;
  • Budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and reporting;
  • Commercial and business support through various analysis;
  • Preparation of annual reports;
  • Coordination of monthly/annual accounts per local GAAP and IFRS;
  • Close cooperation with company management and all departments;
  • Communication and cooperation with external entities (e.g. tax advisor, auditor, bank, tax office);
  • Tasks assigned by the manager even beyond the above tasks;
  • Participation in both functional and cross-functional projects.


The Successful Applicant

  • Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related;
  • At least 10 years' experience in finance in international company from manufacturing sector (a must), including several years' experience in a relevant role (Plant Finance Manager);
  • Accounting background, understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations and tax laws;
  • Solid experience in controlling, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, reporting and analysis;
  • Experience in team management (a must);
  • Fluency in English (min. B2/C1 level, both oral and writing communication);
  • Proficiency in financial software and controlling tools, such as MS Excel and SAP;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities;
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
