- Manage and optimise inventory allocation across all retail stores
- Work with the buying and merchandising teams to understand stock requirements
- Ensure smooth operations within the retail department
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and predict future sales
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with various teams
- Participate in regular meetings and provide updates on stock levels
- Troubleshoot any issues related to inventory allocation
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of allocation processes
A successful 'Global Allocation Specialist' should have:
- A degree in business, supply chain management or a related field
- Experience in allocation process or/and demand/ supply planning
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
