- Financial Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and board of directors.

- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Lead the annual budgeting process and regular forecasting activities.

- Identify and assess financial risks, and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Maintain a strong internal control environment to safeguard company assets.
- Cash Flow Management:
- Manage cash flow to ensure the availability of funds for operational needs.
- Optimize working capital and liquidity management.
- Financial Analysis:
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide insights into key financial metrics and performance indicators.
- Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team.

- Relationship Management:

- Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Proven experience in a senior finance role, with at least 7 years in a leadership position
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and financial management best practices
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
