- Focus on the entire "employer life cycle" and being a reliable partner for employees
- Responsible for the entire sourcing and recruiting process in cooperation with managers
- Advise and support managers on HR-relevant issues to retain employees in the company
- Coordinate personal development tools, and being proactive in the cooperation with managers
- Scrutinise and optimise existing HR processes and implement new ones where appropriate
- Reporting that provides management with a well-structured overview of the HR area and includes all relevant KPI's, updates on HR projects and corresponding recommendations
- Actively participate in various cross-site HR projects, for example employer branding
- Successfully completed degree in HRM, psychology or sociology
- Communicate well in English to enable international exchange
- Knowledge in the field of labour law and are used to solution-oriented work
- Use of common MS Office programmes and ideally have experience in project management
- Understanding and practical experience in HR processes like stuffing, talent and organisation development, succession plans, employer branding etc.
- Fluent in both English and Polish
- Strong communication skills, able to work with international teams and wide range of stakeholders coming from different levels of organisation
