- Proactively manage risk and opportunities in all stages of the employment lifecycle (e.g. legal, performance management,pay and reward)
- Drive strategic workforce planning, anticipate and implement appropriate actions
- Use data analytics, internal and external HR surveys as well as benchmarks to anticipate and resolve challenges
- Contribute to internal communication across hierarchical chains so everyone stays well-informed
- Advise plant and division management as well as local managers on all structural changes and employment issues and support employees
- Create and develop a constructive and cooperative labour relationships
- Keep up with legal changes and notify the relevant target group
- Manage the payroll as well as compensation and benefits process
- Effective implementation/management of HR digital platforms and systems and associated efficiency measures
- Provide appropriate leadership and development programs for all employees
- Ensure the continuous professional development and retention in the HR team
- Support employee wellbeing through appropriate programs
- Active participation in international HR projects
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within the manufacturing industry
- Managerial experience with the ability to lead an HR team
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of payroll and up-to-date with current HR trends
