- Manage key clients in the DACH region, focusing on international and global contracts
- Monitor budgets and collaborate closely with the demand planning team to ensure effective sales planning aligned with production needs
- Lead negotiations with key international partners, expanding discussions to a global level across multiple countries
- Monitoring of competitor's activities in the market (prices, new products, promotions, marketing initiatives and others)
- Act as both an initiator and executor, driving strategic decisions and new opportunities while managing key relationships
- Experience in FMCG (preferably private label) within the DACH region, with a strong focus on working with large international retail chains
- Fluent knowledge of English and German to communicate freely with business partners
- Ability to work independently and handle high levels of autonomy, making strategic decisions and driving negotiations (e.g., JBP)
- Strong capability to collaborate and build relationships
- Initiative-driven approach with the ability to act as both a strategist and executor, identifying new business opportunities and managing key client relationships at a global level
