Job Description

• Support and management of infrastructure,
• Contact with external vendors,
• Stakeholder management,
• Coordination of tasks (rollout projects),
• Provision and support of systems and applications operated with LRS Print Management and LRS SAP Output Management,
• Implementation of changes according to customer requirement in LRS Print Management and LRS SAP Output Management,
• Monitor print operating costs and identify opportunities for cost savings,
• Collaborate with business units to ensure print processes meet business requirements,
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to printing systems and processes using root cause analysis,
• Developing and delivering training to users (print solutions).

The Successful Applicant

• Relevant job experience in managing print solutions,
• Understanding of ITIL service management practices,
• Knowledge pf service management,
• Strategic management of our services,
• Technical experience with Printserver (LRS Print Management experience, SAP Output-Mgmt and SharePoint Print-Workflow-Management desirable),
• English - fluent.
