Develop detailed integration plans, outlining the steps and timeline for post-merger integration across all business functions (e.g., finance, operations, HR, IT, sales).
Identify key areas for synergy realization, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation during the integration process.
Work with the leadership team to ensure alignment of integration goals with overall business strategy
Lead the end-to-end integration process, managing timelines, resources, and budgets for all integration activities.
Ensure that integration projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the financial targets set during the deal.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, providing clear guidance and ensuring collaboration across departments.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Project management, corporate strategy, or integration management.
Proven experience managing integration projects, preferably in a corporate setting or consulting environment.
Strong understanding of M&A processes, including due diligence, deal execution, and post-merger integration.
Experience working across multiple functions (finance, HR, IT, operations) and industries during M&A transactions.
