Job Description

• Develop detailed integration plans, outlining the steps and timeline for post-merger integration across all business functions (e.g., finance, operations, HR, IT, sales).
• Identify key areas for synergy realization, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation during the integration process.
• Work with the leadership team to ensure alignment of integration goals with overall business strategy
• Lead the end-to-end integration process, managing timelines, resources, and budgets for all integration activities.
• Ensure that integration projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the financial targets set during the deal.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, providing clear guidance and ensuring collaboration across departments.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Project management, corporate strategy, or integration management.
• Proven experience managing integration projects, preferably in a corporate setting or consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of M&A processes, including due diligence, deal execution, and post-merger integration.
• Experience working across multiple functions (finance, HR, IT, operations) and industries during M&A transactions.
