- Manage end-to-end complex organizational changes, working closely with Business
- Lead talent and performance reviews - succession planning
- Advise managers and employees on HR-related matters, managing individual issues (global mobility cases, salary reviews, job mapping, organizational structure)
- Deploy HR processes
- Partner with the legal team to ensure compliance with employment regulations
- Advise managers on how to identify, develop, and retain talent within their departments
- Manage a team of 2 HR Business Partners
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position,
- Higher education - preferred fields: Human Resources Management, Law, Psychology, or related disciplines,
- Knowledge and practical experience in areas such as succession planning, talent management, employee engagement, retention, and performance,
- Analytical thinking, ability to draw conclusions, and recommend further actions based on them,
- Creative thinking and the courage to make decisions,
- Knowledge of labor law,
- Fluent communication in English (minimum B2),
- Driving license category B and willingness to travel frequently for business purposes
