Our Client is an international company, building an SSC structure in Warsaw, Poland. They are famous for their sustainable approach to business.
- Ensure accurate General Ledger postings and compliance with Financial Reporting Guidelines and local GAAP.
- Investigate and resolve G/L discrepancies and manage cost allocations for project accounting.
- Oversee project costing, delivery note management, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle fixed asset management, VAT processing, and account reconciliations.
- Lead month-end, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
- Prepare financial statements and maintain internal control compliance.
- Address RTR issues and provide expert support for accounting queries.
- Collaborate across SSC teams and regional/country departments.
- Conduct analytical reviews and offer accounting guidance to enhance operations.
- Drive finance-related change initiatives
- Support the OtC process in a limited capacity.
- Higher education in Business Administration/Accounting/ Finance
- Proven experience in RTR accounting in an international environment
- Fluent English and French (at least on a B2 level)
- SAP/Oracle/Dynamics and MS Office skills
- Analytic skills and ability to effectively cooperate within and outside of the team
