RTR Expert with French - new SSC!

About Our Client

Our Client is an international company, building an SSC structure in Warsaw, Poland. They are famous for their sustainable approach to business.

Job Description

• Ensure accurate General Ledger postings and compliance with Financial Reporting Guidelines and local GAAP.
• Investigate and resolve G/L discrepancies and manage cost allocations for project accounting.
• Oversee project costing, delivery note management, and bank reconciliations.
• Handle fixed asset management, VAT processing, and account reconciliations.
• Lead month-end, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
• Prepare financial statements and maintain internal control compliance.
• Address RTR issues and provide expert support for accounting queries.
• Collaborate across SSC teams and regional/country departments.
• Conduct analytical reviews and offer accounting guidance to enhance operations.
• Drive finance-related change initiatives
• Support the OtC process in a limited capacity.

The Successful Applicant

• Higher education in Business Administration/Accounting/ Finance
• Proven experience in RTR accounting in an international environment
• Fluent English and French (at least on a B2 level)
• SAP/Oracle/Dynamics and MS Office skills
• Analytic skills and ability to effectively cooperate within and outside of the team
