Job Description
- Managing the team responsible for sales and marketing
- Building and implementing the marketing and sales strategy of the company in line with business objectives
- Responsibility for managing P&L
- Analyzing and evaluating sales results
- Planning and managing the budget
- Monitoring the industry market and exploring new avenues for the company's development
- Fostering the development and motivation of the team members
The Successful Applicant
- University degree (medical or related field; management or marketing preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in team management and leadership positions related to strategy development in a pharmaceutical company
- Very good knowledge of the pharmaceutical market
- Proficiency in English at the C1 level
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them
