About Our Client

A company specialising in equipping medical facilities.


Job Description

  • Managing the Sales Team (talent development, recruitment etc.)
  • Execution sales growth strategy operationally and create sales and profit results
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies tailored to the industry and client segments
  • Establishing partnerships with key clients (investors, architects, general contractors, international distributors).
  • Building trust-based relationships.
  • Responsibility for project execution from concept to delivery and installation according to planned technical and financial results
  • Full responsibility for sales and financial results in sales.
  • Ensuring smooth communication between departments: sales, technical, production, and installation.
  • Maintaining relationships with material suppliers, contractors, and other business partners to ensure timely project completion.
  • Participating in industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote the company and its offerings.


The Successful Applicant

  • Excellent ability to build relationships at various organizational levels, deliver technical presentations, and negotiate partnership terms
  • Strong understanding of the hospital market
  • Experience in working with designers, architects, contractors
  • Proficiency in English - both spoken and written
  • Effective at managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring attention to technical details and timely delivery
  • At least 5 years of experience in selling technical solutions or products for the construction sector - proven experience in working with investors.
