- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions across different departments.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure the best talent is recruited.
- Collaborate with HR team members to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Co-participation in HR projects and initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and recruitment trends.
- Proven experience in managing independent recruitment processes.
- Knowledge of recruitment methods, tools, and strategies.
- Very good communication skills in English (both written and spoken) - a must.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and highly organized.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within an international organization, will be an advantage.
