We are Micro Solutions - instead of corporate structures and formalism, we prefer a friendly atmosphere, individual approach, and, above all, interesting challenges from various fields (mainly medical, but not only), which make us stay motivated and full of energy even without coffee. We are looking to expand our team with another person!

Right now, we’re searching for an experienced Business Development Manager who will help us grow our presence both in Poland and internationally. 


Responsibilities:

  • Building and expanding a network of business contacts.

  • Conducting direct meetings with prospective clients and partners.

  • Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing and potential clients/partners.

  • Managing the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure — including sales meetings, negotiations, and proposal preparation.

  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings with clients and partners.

  • Monitoring market trends and competitive landscape within the MedTech / HealthTech sectors.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in a technology-driven company (preferred industries: IT, MedTech, HealthTech, biotech, or laboratory diagnostics).

  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end sales processes (from prospecting and lead generation to contract signing).

  • Ability to create and execute effective sales strategies.

  • Experience in international sales and in developing long-term client relationships.

  • Fluency in English (minimum C1) and strong command of Polish (minimum B2).

  • Skilled in preparing and delivering presentations, commercial proposals, negotiations, and agreements.

  • Solid understanding of current market trends in MedTech, AI, and laboratory diagnostics.

  • Willingness to travel across Europe and the United States.
