Junior Accountant Request to Pay

Your responsibilities:

• processing invoices in SAP, including coding and monitoring the approval workflow;

• handling email queries in a timely and professional manner;

• supporting vendor data verification and research activities;

• participating in month-end closing activities.

Additional projects (something your can be a part of)

• Contributing to the automation of business processes, including the development of an automatic invoice posting solution to improve efficiency and accuracy;

• supporting the implementation of email automation systems, covering automated responses and inbox workflow optimization to streamline communication;

• implementing AI solutons in our everyday work (we are using Copilot and ChatGPT).

Our requirements:

• Initial experience in accounting or finance area;

• good command of German (min. B1) and communicative in English;

• basic understanding of Accounts Payable processes with a willingness to develop further;

• strong communication skills and a proactive attitude;

• attention to detail, accuracy, and good organizational skills.
