Location: Kraków, Gdańsk, Wrocław (Remote/Hybrid)

1.      Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Oversee Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts with a focus on community engagement, content strategy, briefing, production, and seamless posting to create impactful and consistent brand messaging.
• Community Building: Create thriving online and offline communities for students and young professionals.
• Strategy & Tactics: Co-develop social media strategies and tactics aligned with our marketing goals.
• Event Coordination: Collaborate with Resident Managers to organize offline events that reflect our brand’s USP.
• Google & Review Management: Manage Google Business Profiles and online reviews to maintain an excellent brand reputation and ensure accurate information is available.
• Sponsorships & Collaborations: Manage sponsorships and partnerships to strengthen brand presence.
• Brand Ambassadors: Oversee all Brand Ambassador activities, including recruiting new ambassadors to your team.
• Graphic Design: Create compelling graphics for social media, website, and events with external graphic designer support. Provide backup for offline/printed materials when needed.
• Customer Support: Assist the customer service team in delivering top-tier experiences to our clients.

2.      What we are looking for:

• At least 2 years of experience in managing social media, planning events, or building communities, with a proven track record of increasing engagement and growing follower bases effectively.
• Creativity and a strong sense of design (graphic design skills are a plus).
• Fluency in English is essential, as most tasks will be conducted in this language.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively create content, engage with the community, and coordinate events.
• Passion for creating memorable experiences for diverse communities.
