The problem we're solving

Europe's €2 trillion public procurement market is stuck in the past - fragmented, outdated, and drowning in bureaucracy. The reality today? Database chaos across hundreds of thousands of websites. Document overload. Companies spend dozens of hours on a single tender, often without the expertise needed to compete effectively.


What we're building

Mimira is the AI platform revolutionizing how businesses participate in Europe's public procurement market. Companies across industries use our end-to-end solution to transform dozens of hours of tender work into minutes - while dramatically improving their win rates.


The team you're joining

We're startup veterans, VCs, AI and aerospace engineers obsessed with solving one hard problem. We ship fast, don't shy away from challenges, and genuinely have fun working together.


The role

As a Founders Associate, you'll work directly with Mimira's founders from our Warsaw office tackling whatever challenges arise as we scale.


Your mission:

  • Strategic initiatives - Partner with founders to execute projects across GTM, ops, and product strategy, directly contributing to Mimira's growth.

  • Commercial excellence - Drive prospect conversations, refine pitch materials, support investor updates, optimize sales processes.

  • Financial operations - Support financial modeling, budget planning, and develop KPI dashboards for data-driven decision making.

  • Process optimization - Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements to streamline workflows, boost productivity, and eliminate bottlenecks. Automate everything that can be automated.

  • Special projects - Take ownership of high-priority initiatives from A to Z. Market research, competitive intelligence, key presentations, process improvements - be the versatile problem-solver wherever help is needed.


What we're looking for

  • Background: 1-3 years in high-performance environments - consulting, investment funds, or high-growth startups.

  • You're analytically sharp and data-driven. Strong quantitative abilities with solid spreadsheet skills. You turn data into insight and back your arguments with evidence.

  • You're a problem-solver and doer. Proactive, solution-oriented, always ready with alternatives when you hit obstacles. You take ownership, navigate ambiguity, and when asked to do something - it gets done.

  • You're a productivity freak. AI tools, automation, hacks, best practices - constantly optimizing how you work.

  • You communicate well. Fluent in Polish and English (German is a plus). You distill complex information into clear insights across various stakeholders.

Compensation:

  • Salary: 10,000 - 16,000 PLN net/month on a B2B invoice

  • ESOP: Competitive equity package in line with industry benchmarks


Work arrangement: Office-based in Warsaw with flexible working hours.
