Are you an enthusiastic HR professional eager to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced and collaborative environment? We are looking for an HR Specialist to play a pivotal role in supporting our team’s growth and development while fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.

🟪Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Relations: Facilitate insightful and supportive conversations with employees to understand their needs, address concerns, and enhance overall satisfaction.
• Career Development: Design and implement innovative development and career progression plans that inspire growth and align with organizational goals.
• Recruitment for Technical Roles: Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions, including crafting compelling job advertisements, sourcing top talent, and conducting interviews to identify the best candidates.
• Onboarding and Offboarding: Seamlessly manage onboarding to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared, while overseeing offboarding processes with professionalism and care.
• Collaborative Leadership: Partner closely with team managers to provide strategic HR insights and support, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.

🟪What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Experience: A background in HR and/or Recruitment.
• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: A natural ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and connect with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Language Proficiency: Command of English at minimum B2 level.
• Proactive Mindset: A "can-do" attitude that embraces challenges and drives solutions.
• Basic Understanding of Technology: Familiarity with IT roles and technical skills is a plus, helping you better understand the nuances of recruiting for specialized positions.
