UX/UI Designer

🔥 We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer 🔥

At MindPal, we build AI-powered tools to make recruiters’ lives easier (or at least survivable 😉). Our solutions tackle repetitive, soul-sucking recruiting tasks—freeing up time for strategy, coffee breaks, and maybe even lunch outside the office.

But that’s not all—besides HR software, we also design solutions for other industries and international clients from the US and UK markets, giving you exposure to a wide variety of products and challenges.

Now we’re looking for a UX/UI Designer who will help us shape intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging interfaces that people actually enjoy using.

🟪 Responsibilities

• Designing high-quality, responsive user interfaces using modern standards and techniques

• Conducting UX research, analyzing feedback, and iterating projects based on collected data

• Collaborating with programmers and designers to ensure consistency and functionality of applications

• Creating prototypes and interactive demos in Figma

• Supporting accessibility compliance (WCAG/ADA) in all designs

• Bringing your creativity and ideas to the table—we value innovation and bold thinking!
  

🟪 Requirements

• Proven commercial experience as a UX/UI Designer (portfolio required)

• Proficiency in Figma (you don’t need to know everything, but you should already feel at home in it)

• Understanding of responsive design principles

• Knowledge of WCAG and ADA accessibility standards

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• English at B2/C1 level (our team works in an international environment)

• Startup mindset: flexible, curious, open to feedback and new ideas
  

🟪 Nice to Have

• Personal Figma projects or advanced prototyping/animation skills

• Knowledge of Spline or 3D web design (flat design is so last year)

• Completed Figma/prototyping courses (yes, a real one—not a 2h YouTube crash course 😉)

This is primarily an on-site role in Gliwice. Hybrid work may be possible at a later stage, but we value team collaboration and engagement in the office.
