- design and execute SEO-driven content strategy to align with broader business goals
- conduct keyword research to identify high-impact topics and search trends
- create the quarterly blog post plan
- write, edit and optimize content in multiple formats (including blog articles, landing pages, ebooks)
- implement SEO best practices (including keyword integration, meta tags, internal linking, and readability optimization)
- use AI and automation tools to streamline content production
- hold the responsibility for content distribution
- follow & improve the company’s Tone of Voice
- measure, analyze and report on content marketing performance
- conduct A/B testing for headlines, CTAs, and content structure
- provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis
- manage external content pieces like articles by external writers, developers, etc.

You can be the perfect match for us, if you have:
- 2+ experience in content creation, preferably in a software company
- exceptional written and spoken English & Polish (min. C1)
- experience in lead generation through content marketing
- strong communication and copywriting skills
- knowledge of SEO writing practices
- knowledge of tools, including Google Search Console, Semrush, SurferSEO, Google Analytics, Hubspot
- outstanding ability to think creatively and strategically
- can-do attitude and high communication culture
- problem-solving skills
It can be love at first sight if you have:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree (preferred: English, marketing, PR, communications)
- experience in B2B marketing
- knowledge of the technology sector
- a personal network of PR contacts
