You + Miquido = 

• preparation of financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring financial accuracy and strategic alignment
• monitor financial performance, analyze key KPIs, and provide actionable insights to senior management
• ensure proper cost allocation and project profitability tracking in collaboration with different departments
• manage and participate in month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and financial statements
• coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• develop and maintain financial models and reporting tools to improve financial analysis and decision-making
• identify and drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and cost-saving opportunities
• ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards (IFRS is a plus), and company policies
• participate in analysis of tax compliance
• ad hoc reports preparation

You can be the perfect match for us, if you have:

• bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial controlling, accounting, or financial analysis
• strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• proactiveness and proposing clear solutions to mitigate risks to CFO and Senior management
• advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, financial modeling)
• solid understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• ability to work independently and proactively manage financial processes
• strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• fluency in both English & Polish
• availability to work from the office twice a week

It can be love at first sight if you also have:

• experience in a software/IT company or project-based financial controlling
• experience in BIG4 companies
• familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS) and financial compliance
• ACCA, CIMA, or other relevant financial certifications (completed or in progress)
