You + Miquido =
- preparation of financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring financial accuracy and strategic alignment
- monitor financial performance, analyze key KPIs, and provide actionable insights to senior management
- ensure proper cost allocation and project profitability tracking in collaboration with different departments
- manage and participate in month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and financial statements
- coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- develop and maintain financial models and reporting tools to improve financial analysis and decision-making
- identify and drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and cost-saving opportunities
- ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards (IFRS is a plus), and company policies
- participate in analysis of tax compliance
- ad hoc reports preparation
You can be the perfect match for us, if you have:
- bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial controlling, accounting, or financial analysis
- strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- proactiveness and proposing clear solutions to mitigate risks to CFO and Senior management
- advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, financial modeling)
- solid understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- ability to work independently and proactively manage financial processes
- strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- fluency in both English & Polish
- availability to work from the office twice a week
It can be love at first sight if you also have:
- experience in a software/IT company or project-based financial controlling
- experience in BIG4 companies
- familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS) and financial compliance
- ACCA, CIMA, or other relevant financial certifications (completed or in progress)
