About us
We’re building new healthcare for men - evidence-based, expert-led, and built from scratch.
We’re at a very early stage and moving fast. That means a lot of things are being created in parallel - ideas, content, processes, decisions. We’re looking for a hands-on Content Marketer to help us build and monetize demand from day one.
This is a builder role in an early-stage startup - not a “manage agencies and Google Sheets” position. You’ll co-create the content engine strategy directly with our Head of Growth, and execute it end-to-end: from ideas to content creation (copywriting, graphic design, simple video edits) to publishing to learning and iterating.

What you’ll do
You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and CEO to bring the company’s strategy to life through daily content.
Co-create our entire content strategy - translate product and business objectives into clear, cohesive positioning and messaging,
Build consistent narratives across all touchpoints that resonate with our ICP (men 35–60 navigating health decisions),
Collaborate with the Head of Product to sharpen positioning, value propositions, and customer evidence,
Define themes, formats, and content pillars that map to customer pains and buying stages,
Build a content/demand generation system that ships consistently:
Long-form and short-form content across major social platforms
Email newsletters
Landing pages and website copy
Scripts for videos recorded by our doctors and thought leaders
Ad copy and creative asset
Own the entire content creation process end-to-end - from strategy to writing copy, graphic design, simple video edits, to publishing,
Use AI tools effectively to accelerate research, drafting, and iteration - while maintaining quality and originality.
Run distribution like a product - not just hit ‘publish’:
Repurposing frameworks across channels
Channel testing (email, communities, new platforms, partnerships)
Engagement and community building
Measure what matters most - track performance, learn from data, and iterate on strategy,
Think like a growth marketer: understand how content drives awareness, nurtures leads, and supports conversion.
What we’re looking for
Positioning & content strategy skills - you understand business, product, and audience deeply enough to turn it all into a cohesive, compelling narrative,
Copywriting craftsmanship - strong writing and editing skills with clarity, structure, tone, and persuasion. You can write everything from tweets to long-form articles,
Graphic design skills - you can create marketing assets yourself using Figma, Canva, or similar tools. Not pixel-perfect design, but visually effective content,
Simple video editing - ability to cut, trim, add captions, and polish short-form video content,
Distribution mindset - you plan how content reaches people, how it impacts them, and how it drives business results,
AI-native workflow - you actively use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to accelerate your work while maintaining quality and adding human judgment,
Analytical habits - comfortable with performance tracking and learning from data (GA4, Search Console, social analytics),
Ownership + speed - you work independently, prioritize ruthlessly, and ship in an early-stage startup environment,
Fluent in Polish and English.
Strong plus
Experience in health, wellness, or other regulated industries where trust, compliance, and market education matter,
Basic-to-intermediate performance marketing skills (Google Ads, Meta Ads),
Experience with SEO/SEM and understanding of how content supports organic growth,
Product marketing instincts - positioning, messaging, value propositions, customer evidence.
Nice to have
Experience building a content engine from scratch in an early growth phase,
Experience hosting webinars, events, or community-led growth initiatives,
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.).
