We are currently looking for Project Manager to join our team, who will help our clients take their e-commerce and digital products to a higher level.

What will you do:

●      taking care of the agency's key clients - taking care of the implementation of their business goals and satisfaction with cooperation with the agency,

●      conducting digital projects - controlling the schedule and project profitability, monitoring project budget, work verification and reporting,

●      ensuring the quality of implementation - monitoring whether the project is carried out in accordance with the procedures adopted in the company,

●      conducting regular communication with the team (UX Research, UX design, UI design, Front-end development, Back-end development, Quality Assurance),

●      conducting direct communication with clients and subcontractors,

●      taking care of maintaining the business assumptions of the products,

●      development of cooperation with clients.

What we expect from the ideal candidate:

●      you have min. 5 years of experience in an independent position as a PM,

●     you have experience working at the intersection of technical and project teams and commercial clients

●      you know English at C1 level,

●      you understand the process of designing digital products (e-commerce, applications, websites),

●      running several projects at the same time is not a problem for you,

●      you are a communicative person with a friendly disposition; you get on well with people,

●      you are distinguished by a proactive attitude, professionalism, as well as the ability to think analytically and critically, assertiveness,

●      you are well organized, conscientious and on time,

●      you assume that all problems can be solved,

●      you can communicate information and negotiate in an atmosphere of transparency.

An additional advantage will be:

• you have worked on the basis of project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, YouTrack or Trello,
• you know e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce,
• you know tools like WordPress, Miro, ERP/CRM systems, Google Analytics
• you are familiar with trends in designing and managing e-commerce business,
• you understand the application of particular programming languages.
