Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Account Manager who builds and maintains excellent relationships with our strategic clients, helps them expand their accounts, and creates joint value to drive business growth


Core Responsibilities

  • Managing inbound leads across international markets
  • Identifying client needs and driving account growth
  • Building and nurturing long-term client relationships with proactive upselling
  • Negotiating competitive rates
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to enhance high-quality traffic acquisition
  • Partnering with customer service to improve client satisfaction and increase lifetime value (LTV)
  • Gathering client feedback and proactively recommending product enhancements
  • Analyzing competitors’ offerings to refine and strengthen our sales strategy


Do You Have What It Takes?

  • Previous experience with HubSpot and Notion
  • Independence, initiative, and a proactive approach
  • Strong sales acumen
  • Dependability and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to craft engaging narratives
  • Passion for presenting a product that makes a meaningful impact across industries
  • Effective time management skills
  • Eagerness to continuously develop your skills and support team members
  • Dedication to building a positive company reputation
  • Fluent Polish
  • Spanish proficiency at C1/C2 level
