Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Customer Support Specialist who enjoys helping and communicating with clients.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving their issues efficiently, and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our product. You will also play a key role in onboarding new clients, guiding them through the setup process, and ensuring they fully understand how to maximize the benefits of Moniti.
