Job Description


We are looking for a seasoned Customer Support Specialist who enjoys helping and communicating with clients.


As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving their issues efficiently, and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our product. You will also play a key role in onboarding new clients, guiding them through the setup process, and ensuring they fully understand how to maximize the benefits of Moniti.


Your tasks will include troubleshooting technical problems, collecting feedback to improve our services, and collaborating with other teams to address client needs. By maintaining a proactive approach and building strong relationships, you will contribute to client satisfaction and long-term success.


Core Responsibilities


  • Ensuring exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assisting clients during the onboarding process and training them for effective use of the Moniti application.
  • Resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Responding to client inquiries and providing solutions to their challenges.
  • Gathering and conveying customer feedback to improve products and services.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent client experiences.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and support activities.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients to promote satisfaction and retention.


Do You Have What It Takes?


  • English proficiency at B2/C1 level
  • Previous experience with HubSpot and Notion
  • Proven experience in customer support or a similar role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle technical issues effectively
  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping clients succeed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Dependability and excellent organizational skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Eagerness to continuously develop your skills and support team members
