A precise analysis of the client’s profile allows us to open online stores designed in a way that fulfills all the needs and expectations of the recipients.

Since our team is growing, we are looking for experienced Business Analyst with successful track record in Sales and Operations. If you have experience as pre-sales advisor, you are proficient at setting standards for Business Analyst ways of working, you have experience in internal process optimization and you are able to generate insights from data analysis for both technical and non-technical cohort, our offer is for you!


Business Analyst in Sales & Operations


💼 Your responsibilities:

  • Conduct discovery analysis for new potential Clients
  • Gather and document high level project scope
  • Cooperate closely with Sales Team
  • Prepare analysis results and present them in clear and understandable way
  • Analyze internal company processes and propose improvements and optimizations
  • Cooperate closely with cross functional teams across different business units to develop and execute data driven outcomes and recommendations
  • Leverage data driven insights to design scalable solutions, improve customer satisfaction and optimize resources allocation



🔎 Our Requirements:

  • at least 3 years of experience on Business Analyst position
  • experience in enterprise-scale projects including internal projects optimization
  • experience in supporting sales processes and initial estimations
  • proven record in working on processes, documenting them and proposing improvements and optimizations
  • business processes modeling experience (BPMN)
  • proven record in setting standards for Business Analyst ways of working
  • ability to perform planning and estimation for the specific tasks/ activities in a project
  • experience in driving complex requirements gathering processes
  • solid experience in project management
  • proven track record in designing complex IT solutions with an extended integrational layer
  • adding value as a consultant in pre-sales activities
  • acting as proxy for stakeholders
  • proficiency at using English
  • highly analytical thinking and problem solving approach
  • good time management and work organization skills
