We are looking for an experienced Marketing Strategist to join our Growth Team. We need someone who genuinely understands marketing and will be able to analyze and improve our activities! Does it sound like something you want to thrive in?
You will:
- Work hand-in-hand with our Growth team to share ideas, recommendations, and propose specific plans to optimize marketing strategy
- Plan, coordinate and execute all online and offline campaigns
- Monitor trends and analyze insights from the market to explore new growth opportunities
- Become responsible for marketing budget
- Develop and monitor marketing metrics
Ideally you:
- Have 2+ years of wide marketing experience(digital,content, SM and lead generation - ideally in a B2B)
- Have a track record of successful marketing campaigns
- Have experience with various marketing tools and are able to pick the right one for the task
- Understand marketing processes and know-how to measure your activities
- Have strong analytical skills and a delivery-oriented mindset
- Have excellent command of written and spoken English

- Previous experience working in Software House
Salary:
5 000 - 10 000 PLN net + VAT (B2B contract)
or 4 200 - 8 300 PLN gross on an employment contract (UoP)
Negotiable depending on skills, experience and your potential.
