Department Overview

This department supports Motorola’s Fixed Video Sales organization. We are the point of contact for our partners related to order management, order fulfillment, order delivery, repair, and product returns.

Job Description

A Supply Chain Business Operations Specialist for Fixed Video is a key person to support the fast growing fixed video business. This person will drive to ensure Supply Chain delivers results to achieve customer requirements and business objectives.

• Lead Supply Chain matrix organizations end-to-end to enable sales and business for growth
• Provide a single point of contact from Supply Chain to the business organizations
• Drive Supply Chain operations to achieve revenue and delivery targets
• Align Supply Chain operations with the business teams for accurate revenue and shipment forecasting
• Manage and execute continued improvement process and projects
• Lead to ensure on-time-delivery and minimize delinquent backlog
• Communicate to the business teams on supply chain risks

Basic Requirements

Specific Knowledge/Skills:

• Good technical knowledge with ability to communicate issues concisely
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Highly organized, good attention to detail, capable of multi tasking and following through on tasks to completion
• Order Management and/or Supply Chain business operations experience preferred
• University degree (bachelor of business administration / master) or comparable.
• Willingness to work during 2nd shift (US working hours 4 PM - 0 AM or 6 PM - 2 AM Krakow time)
