What you’ll do:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports focused on financial KPIs, cost structures, revenue analysis, and performance tracking.
• Build and enhance data models in Power BI, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and alignment with financial logic.
• Design data models in Snowflake, transformation, and quality checks.
• Collaborate with Finance and Controlling teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and analytical solutions.
• Ensure data consistency across financial domains such as budgeting, forecasting, P&L.
• Conduct data validation, troubleshoot discrepancies, and improve data quality across systems.
• Document data models, processes, and reporting standards.
• Support continuous improvement of BI architecture and analytics best practices.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modelling).
• Hands‑on experience with Snowflake (SQL, data warehousing concepts, performance tuning).
• Solid SQL skills for querying, transformation, and optimization.
• Experience with ETL processes and modern data platforms.
• Understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
• Practical knowledge of financial controlling, including: budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, cost allocation, profitability and margin analysis (P&L), KPI frameworks (EBIT, ROI, OPEX/CAPEX, etc.)
• Ability to interpret financial data and translate it into meaningful insights for stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to problem‑solving and process improvement.
• Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams.
