Your Responsibilities:

• Handling day-to-day marketing operations in a smooth and efficient manner,

• Executing and measuring the effectiveness of various promotional activities, including events and in-store campaigns,

• Planning, executing, and evaluating ATL and BTL brand campaigns,

• Providing expert and fact-based input on marketing tactics and long-term strategy,

• Managing and overseeing content production for various communication channels,

• Developing and adapting relevant marketing materials (e.g., presentations, reports, etc.),

• Proactively monitoring market trends and the competitive environment,

• Collaborating with external partners (e.g., PR agencies, event agencies, creative studios, production houses, photo studios, etc.)

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field,

• 4–5 years of professional experience in the marketing department of an FMCG/services company or a marketing services agency,

• In-depth marketing expertise and know-how, enabling high-quality input into marketing strategies and tactics,

• Proven track record of developing and executing various marketing activations, promotions, and campaigns,

• Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines,

• Ability to multitask while maintaining focus on the bigger picture,

• High level of creativity and proactivity,

• Strong team player with a sense of project ownership,

• Computer literacy (MS Office environment, with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel; practical knowledge of AI tools will be an asset),

• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
