Outbound Team Leader

As an Outbound Team Leader you’ll be responsible for the process of identifying and connecting with potential business customers through outreach efforts such as email, social media, and direct communication.
Accountabilities
- Searching and automating the creation of potential customer lists as well as market analysis
- Planning and executing engaging omnichannel outreach campaigns (e.g. cold email and LinkedIn)
- Working with CRM, prospecting and sales automation tools
- Analyzing performance metrics to plan and improve campaigns, conducting A/B testing
- Researching and implementing new tools

- Generating potential B2B leads
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in IT.
- Knowledge of outreach automation tools.
- Ability to create and verify contact databases.
- Ability to work with specific KPIs and targets.
- Experience in an agency or department responsible for B2B lead generation.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English other language nice to have
- Practical skill in building business proposals.
- Understanding of the new technologies.
