💡WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a CRM Specialist at MYCS, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and retention through effective email marketing and CRM strategies. You will:

Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns to ensure high engagement and conversion rates.

Collaborate on briefings and content preparation with cross-functional teams to align with MYCS’s brand and goals.

Create mass and automated email campaigns using advanced CRM tools such as Mailchimp and CrossEngage.

Manage routine CRM tasks and processes, ensuring regular campaigns and communications are delivered on time.
- Maintain data quality, segmentation accuracy, and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Perform repetitive tasks with meticulous attention to detail, such as data entry, segmentation updates, and campaign setup.
- Conduct A/B tests and use insights for campaign optimization.
- Monitor customer feedback and adapt CRM strategies to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
✅WHAT YOU BRING IN
To succeed in this role, you should have:

2+ years of experience creating and implementing email marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of marketing best practices in email marketing and marketing automation.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (experience with Mailchimp or CrossEngage is a significant advantage).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level required).

Basic knowledge of HTML (a plus but not mandatory).

Very good English skills for daily communication across departments.
- An analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude that ensures high-quality work.
