Marketing Analyst Position at MYCS.com

Location: Poznań, Poland (currently operating from Kostrzyn; new office opening soon in Poznań)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Analyst with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role. Proficiency in SQL and Google BigQuery is essential. The ideal candidate will also have expertise in the following areas:

Technical Skills:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• Facebook's Conversions API (CAPI)
• Power BI
• Looker Studio
• Google Ads (GAds)

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret marketing data to provide actionable insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing strategies
• Implement and manage tracking solutions using GTM and CAPI
• Utilize GA4 and BigQuery for in-depth data analysis
• Support the integration and utilization of Power BI and Looker Studio for reporting purposes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Proficiency in the specified tools and platforms
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Polish is a plus
