Job Opportunity: IT Specialist

Location: Warsaw Office (Plac Europejski)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with on-call duty)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic IT Specialist to join our Warsaw team. This role is a unique opportunity to work hands-on with POS systems, ensuring their stability and performance while supporting users in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and manage incidents and service requests.
• Handle and monitor tickets in a ticketing system.
• Configure, install, and maintain POS terminals.
• Provide phone and email support for terminal systems.
• Verify data accuracy in the terminal system database.
• Monitor the proper functioning of the terminal system.
• Conduct application testing for terminal systems.
• Participate in various projects.
• Communicate with external vendors.
• Continuously develop skills and seek new knowledge.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills.
• Good organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS SQL (data verification, query writing).
• Intermediate-level Excel skills.
• Basic knowledge of IT concepts (networks, servers, applications, web services).
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, SD system).
• Knowledge of Swagger (REST API) and Postman is an advantage.
• Experience with POS terminals is desirable.
• At least 2 years of experience in Help Desk or a similar role (MID-level).
